848 race set up

I have just installed a 30 mm triple clamp for my 848. The bike has a rear ride height adjuster as well.
Does any one know the numbers to use for geometry set up. I would appreciate it very much.
I have 30mm front sag, and 25mm on the rear. ( as far as I can remember ) it has been a while since I set that part of it up.
