Kitchener Ontario REGIONAL rep?

Greetings everyone, I am going to start by saying that im new to the board; I actually stumbled upon it by fingering through the spring issue of MOTODESMO that I just received in the mail ( it is now september lol). I came across a page detailing the tasks of a regional representative and thought it looked interesting. A few of my friends down here ride ducks, and I do see the odd one rolling around once in awhile. I was wondering if there is a way to tell if applying for a regional rep would be rewarding in any way given your location ( i mean enthusiastically rewarding, not financially) I love swapping stories and tips with fellow enthusiasts.
