Vespa, the only manual generally available that I've seen is the Clymer Publications 'Ducati Service Repair Handbook', for 160, 250, 350 and 450cc through 1974 as noted on the front cover.

Not really specific to the 160 but there's enough info there to get by with.

I'm not sure where one can be found readily, if not DomiRacer then watch for one on eBay or at swap meets - they're not rare books.
