Aftermarket footpegs for a 748

I'd like a larger (longer-ish) set of footpegs for my 748, without having to buy complete rearsets. I'm happy with my footpeg position; I'd just like a set of pegs that are a bit larger for my size 13 EEE duck (ha ha) feet.
Anyone have any recommendations? Back in the old days you could buy stuff like this from Lockhart-Philips or something, but I'm having trouble finding something.
Comfort is not an issue.
