Marvic/Akront Wheel Maintenance

I have a front wheel like those fitted to 1993 Superlights. That is, an Akront aluminum rim bolted to a Marvic magnesium hub/spokes. Apparently these need to be disassembled and re-torqued occasionally. Does anyone have any information regarding torque specs, advisability of loctite or anti-seize etc.?
