1993 888 SPO Speedo conversion

I'm new to the board. I have just acquired a US 888 SPO, with a MPH speedo. I will be importing the bike in the next month or so, and need to find a way to convert the speedo to KMH to get it licensed etc.
So, questions:
1. Is the Veglia speedo serviceable.. can i get in and just stick a sticker over the MPH sticker?
2. Anyone know where i could find a sticker?
3. Anyone know where i could find a replacement speedo if needed ?
Any other suggestions very welcome.
