to get the rad cap off easier, remove the screw holding the air runner towards the front of the bike. You have to remove the small screw holding the fairing to trim panel on right side near tank. The trim panel and fairing are tabbed together. If you pull the fairing back, and push the trim panel forward, they will seperate.
Then take an 8mm wrench and sneak the air runner screw out. This makes removing the rad cap a lot easier.
